This policy explains how Casera Food Co. (“Casera”), Cumhuriyet Mah. Kazım Türkmen Cd. No:184/B, Altınordu/Ordu, handles personal data. Casera is the data controller.

This website

The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and operation.

The map on the home page is loaded from Google Maps only when you choose to open it; Google then processes data under its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram and delivery platforms take you to services that have their own policies.

Replies to Google reviews

We use a small internal tool connected to our own Google Business Profile through the Google Business Profile API. It reads the reviews left on Casera’s profile (reviewer’s public display name, star rating, review text and date) and posts our replies on the same profile.

• To draft replies, the review text, star rating and the reviewer’s public first name are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. They are not used for any other purpose.
• Review data is stored only on Casera’s own computer to track which reviews have been answered. It is not sold, shared for advertising or combined with other data.
• The tool only accesses the Business Profile of Casera; it does not access any other Google account data.

Casera’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) you can ask what data we hold about you and request correction or deletion. You can edit or delete your Google review at any time from your Google account. Contact us at 0530 318 12 31 or via Instagram @caserafoodco.
